Flowers may vary from year to year, depending on availability at planting time.

Each urn needs to be mounted on a proper base (the same width as the monument).

You may provide your own urns, acceptable to cemetery policies, or you may purchase them through the cemetery for a nominal cost.

The $1,100.00 per urn subscription may be paid in installments at the buyer’s discretion. When the total subscription is paid in full, a contract will be signed and put into place. From that date forward, the Cemetery Association will be obligated to care for your urn covered by the contractual agreement.

Money received in trust for urn planting and maintenance will be invested in St. Michael’s Perpetual Care Fund. All such funds are currently invested with the Sioux Falls Catholic Diocese Foundation.

If the buyer should wish to discontinue making payments under the subscription agreement before the total subscription is paid, the amount paid on the subscription will be refunded less and administrative fee of 10% of the amount paid in.

The wreath is in a circle, a symbol of eternity, and a reminder that God has neither beginning nor end.

The evergreen is a symbol of eternal life and a reminder that God is immutable or unchangeable.

St. Michael Cemetery offers the sale of live EVERGREEN BALSAM WREATHS for the holiday season. We will put out stands, install the wreaths, and remove them in the spring.

We will have two sizes available: 20 inch and 26 inch, (prices will be available each September)

Wreaths are subject to availability and the stands must be installed before the ground freezes. We will install wreaths as they are delivered to us near the end of November.
